You would think that macOs has better support for peripherals than linux, but that doesn't seem the case here. I also have a Dell xps 15 running linux (manjaro) and this doesn't happen at all, even when it is plugged to the dock. The catch here is that this issue only happens when the mac is connected to a dell dock via a thunderbolt port, suggesting some kind of interference caused by the multiple devices (two monitors, keyboard, mic, etc) on the wireless connection (it happens with both dongle and bluetooth) I'm using a 2019 Macbook Pro 16 running catalina(10.15.6) with a Logitech MX Anywhere 2s wireless mouse and it keeps stuttering every half a minute or so.
